Who we are
Ink & Ivory Artistry is a private salon at 89A Whatley Crescent, Bayswater WA 6053. You can contact us at info@inkandivoryartistry.com.au.
What we collect
Contact form. If you send a message through the site, we receive the name, email address and message you provide. We use this to reply to you and for nothing else.
Bookings. Appointments are booked through Fresha, a third-party booking platform. Any details you enter there are handled under Fresha’s privacy policy. Deposit and appointment records are kept so we can manage your booking.
Shop orders. If you buy a product from our shop, we collect the details needed to process and deliver your order: your name, contact details, delivery address and order history. Payments are processed by our payment provider; card details are never stored on this website.
Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can control or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
How your information is used
We use your information to respond to enquiries, manage appointments, fulfil orders and keep the website working properly. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Information is only shared with the services that make the website and salon run: Fresha (bookings), our payment provider (shop payments) and Google Analytics (site statistics). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
Embedded content
Pages on this site include content from other platforms, such as our Instagram feed and an embedded Google map. Viewing that content works the same as visiting those platforms directly, and they may collect their own data.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@inkandivoryartistry.com.au and we will sort it out.
